Life Skills Lab

Life Skills Lab
Developed by Anka Medical in partnership with The 7Q Foundation

Our Life Skills Curriculum is specifically designed to support the development of children ages 4 to 11 by focusing on five essential areas: self-care, fine and gross motor coordination, sensory processing, executive functioning, and social communication skills. Tailored to each child’s developmental milestones and individual needs, the program offers targeted learning experiences for every age group.

This holistic curriculum integrates sensory regulation strategies, mindfulness exercises, and primitive reflex integration activities to promote emotional and behavioral well-being. Our approach empowers children to develop critical life skills, boosting their independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life. The curriculum is designed to enhance life skills development through age-appropriate, goal-oriented, and fun activities that increase independence, social competence, and motor development.
